We would like to invite you to the upcoming session of BlueCielo Administrator Training. This training program provides attendees with the in-depth technical knowledge and skills required to perform and maintain successful installations of BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise and BlueCielo TeamWork. Attendees will learn about the installation, administration, setup, configuration of BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise and BlueCielo TeamWork.

Who should attend
The training session is aimed at Engineers and consultants. Since the section on configuration is a pre-requisite of the BlueCielo Developer Training, this training program is also suitable for programmers. Finally this training program will provide valuable information to System Administrators.

 Conditions, Prerequisites and Information

Hardware and Software

All attendees are required to bring a laptop to the training, meeting the following minimum requirements:

• Intel Pentium IV processor, 2 GB RAM, 150 MB free disk space and USB 2.0 connection
• Current Windows operating system capable of playing VMware Player
• VMware or VMware Player installed
• Username/password login with administrative rights
• Power outlet adaptor for the location of your training

Group Size

In order to guarantee the quality of training, the maximum number of attendees per training is 10. The minimum number of attendees is 3. If the minimum amount of attendees is not reached, BlueCielo reserves the right to cancel the training.

Timing

All classes start at 09:00 and finish at 16:30. There are two coffee breaks of 15 minutes and a 45 minute lunch break. Attendees arriving by plane are strongly advised to allow enough time between arrival at the airport and the start of class and the end of class and departure.

Language

BlueCielo training sessions are conducted in English. If circumstances allow and at the discretion of BlueCielo, German or Dutch are possible. Training materials are available in English only. It is thereby necessary for each attendee to understand English in written and spoken form.

Application and Payment

Applications are made online via the scheduled training. Payment can be done online or via invoice. If payment is overdue, BlueCielo reserves the right to deny an attendee access to the training. Please note that in all our training sessions and workshops, the general terms and conditions of BlueCielo apply.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a training session must be done in writing and be received and confirmed by email by BlueCielo no later than two weeks before the start of the training. In this case, a full refund will be made. If a cancellation is received later than two weeks before the start of the training session, the full amount of the training fee will be charged. In this case, the registered participant may still, at the discretion of BlueCielo, attend the same training session without further charge on the first possible occasion.

BlueCielo reserves the right to change already confirmed locations, dates, and times, or to combine training sessions, for instance when the minimum number of participants is not reached. BlueCielo shall give the attendee notice of any such change or cancellation at least two weeks before the scheduled start date of the training session.

If a training session is cancelled by BlueCielo, any training fees already paid shall be refunded in whole.

Location and Lodging

BlueCielo trainings are conducted at BlueCielo’s offices in Rijswijk, the Netherlands and in Exton, PA USA. When attending a training session at the BlueCielo Headquarters in Rijswijk, the Netherlands we recommend the following hotels:

• Bastion Hotel Den Haag/Rijswijk
• Grand Winston Hotel, Rijswijk

When attending a training session at the BlueCielo office in Exton, PA, USA we recommend the following hotels:

• Residence Inn at $139 per night, plus tax, including free breakfast and light dinner
• Inn at Chester Springs at $119 per night, plus tax, excluding breakfast
